Student Assistant Positions (Studentische Hilfskraft)

for 40 hours a month each

to work under the supervision of Dr. Alessandro Tavano on a project that uses behavioral and neuroimaging techniques (EEG, MEG) to investigate how the human brain processes linguistic hierarchy. This position is an opportunity for the assistant to gain hands-on experience conducting neuroscientific research in a stimulating interdisciplinary environment. We are therefore seeking highly interested and self-motivated individuals to assist with the project.

Your responsibilities:

• create stimuli for experiments;
• assist with data collection (e.g., for behavioral experiments as well as EEG, MEG, etc.);
• recruit research study participants (e.g., contacting potential participants, etc.);
• conduct data entry and assist with analysis;
• write literature reviews and summaries;
• organize scientific literature.
